I had the same experience on Friday twice on the way home from work. It
happens on an occasion, but not with regularity. I guess I've never really
known WHY it happens, but just sort of understood it has to do with
temperature AND humidity. Anyway, I'll look into it, and if I learn
anything new I'll let you know. Thanks for your note.
